3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and communicated before order confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas only.

  • Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be entertained.
